  • Custom dialogs to set date ranges and filter outstanding documents for payment processing.
  • Generate outward bank payments from selected outstanding references with relevant transaction details.

How to Use - Step by Step

1. Select the Party and Party Type

Choose the party type (Supplier or Employee) and select the specific party you want to process payments for. The party name will auto-populate.

2. Fetch Outstanding Payment References

Use the "Get Outstanding Payables" button to fetch all the outstanding invoices, claims, advances, or dues related to the selected party within a specified date range.

This helps in identifying the payment amounts pending for approval or processing.

3. View and Select Payment References

The fetched payment references will be displayed in a table format with details such as due dates, invoice numbers, total amount, outstanding amount, and allocated amount.

You can select the references you want to include for payment in the bulk outward bank payment.

4. Choose Merge Option

If needed, enable the "Merge as Single Payment" option to combine all selected payment references into one single payment instead of multiple transactions.

5. Initiate Outward Bank Payment

Once references are selected, click the "Create OBP" button to open a dialog where you enter payment specifics such as payment amount, company bank account, and transaction type (like IMPS or NEFT).

Confirm the details, and submit to generate bulk outward bank payment entries.

6. Monitor and Manage

After creation, review generated payment entries for accuracy and track their processing through the Outward Bank Payment module.

Validation and Duplicate Prevention

The system automatically checks for duplicate payment references within the bulk payment and removes any duplicates to prevent double payments.
