Vehicle Speed Control Certificate
The Vehicle Speed Control Certificate document is used to manage and track the certifications for speed limiting devices installed in your vehicles. This is essential for ensuring compliance with transport regulations that mandate maximum speed limits for certain classes of commercial vehicles.
This document allows you to record the certificate details, its validity period, and any associated payment information.
How to Create a Vehicle Speed Control Certificate
- Navigate to: Dashboards > Vehicle Speed Control Certificate.
- Click + Add Vehicle Speed Control Certificate.
- Fill in the required details as described in the fields table below.
- Ensure the Valid From date is before the End Date to maintain logical consistency; the system will prevent saving if this condition is not met.
- Upload a scanned copy of the official certificate using the Attach Document field for your records.
- Click Save to log the certificate.
